1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or requesting estimates and services from AJD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.

2. Estimates and Pricing Disclaimers

Any pricing, estimates, or timeframe quotes generated through our online quote wizard, text message, or email are non-binding estimates.

AJD reserves the right to adjust final service pricing on-site prior to starting work if the physical property conditions, size, heights, or difficulty levels differ from the information submitted in the request. No chargeable service will commence without your verbal or written consent to the final on-site price.

3. Customer Obligations & Access

To complete property maintenance services, customers must provide AJD with:

• Clear and safe physical access to the exterior/interior areas of the property scheduled for cleaning, wash, detailing, or landscaping.
• A working water hookup (spigot) on-site for pressure washing and window cleaning, unless otherwise arranged.
• A safe work environment free of aggressive pets, unstable building structures, or hazardous utility exposures.

4. Liability Insurance & Damage Disclaimer

AJD is fully insured for general commercial liability in the U.S. Virgin Islands. While Armani and Jahkeil handle every job with extreme care, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage, including but not limited to dry-rotted window frames, loose siding, cracked concrete, damaged vehicle clear-coat, or compromised landscaping structures.
• Damage resulting from water intrusion due to faulty window seals, doors, or exterior structural cracks that were not disclosed beforehand.

5. Service Guarantee and Refunds

We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with a job, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. AJD will return to your property to rectify the specific issues free of charge. Since services are rendered physically, we do not offer monetary refunds once work is completed and signed off.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any service agreements entered into with AJD are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands (USVI), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
